H2Sport Camber Kits improves handling performance by improving tire contact with the road – the “Tire Contact Patch”.
For cornering performance, it's better to have more negative camber, that is with the top of the tire slightly tilted inward towards the center of the car. In a cornering condition, this puts more rubber in contact with the road for improved grip allowing the car to corner faster.
For drag racing, it's better to have less camber, that is with the tires more vertical. This puts more rubber in contact with the road for improved traction and shorter ET times.
So if you're after improved cornering performance you can set the front camber to 2.5° or a compromise at 1.5°. If you're drag racing you can set the front camber to the ideal setting of 0° or compromise at 1/2°.
Our Mk 5 and 6 H2Sport Camber Kit shown here provides multiple discrete mount positions that will allow you to set your camber in 1/4° increments with a total range of +1/2° to -2.5°. With our kit, simply choose your target camber setting and install the bolts into the corresponding holes. No sliders to wear and slip!
H2Sport Camber Kits are machined from billet aluminum anodized black and come complete with stainless steel mount hardware and installation instructions.
Only the best automotive quality spherical bearing is used for ultimate performance and long life. The bearing uses a maintenance free PTFE (teflon) liner.
H2Sport Camber Kits are a direct replacement of the stock rubber mount and use the existing mount holes.
